Who You Are and What You’ll Do:
You’re a strong networker. You’re the one who strikes up a conversation with anyone. And it’s not just small talk; you enjoy learning about people and what motivates them. You already have a robust network of Jewish young adults in North America. You’ll leverage existing personal relationships, foster partnerships, and build a network of Jewish young adults to facilitate new house openings in a streamlined, efficient manner. You’ll Interview individual candidates and groups, steward groups through the vetting process, and write recommendations for new Moishe Houses and Pods. (50%)
You’re a strong communicator and a problem solver. You’ll manage all internal communications related to opening each new house, coordinating with applicants and various Moishe House teams. Your written, analytical, and organizational skills are just as strong as your verbal ones. You’ll raise awareness for new houses by effectively and proactively communicating with community partners, presenting at conferences, and speaking to young adults. You are adept at using social media for communications and outreach and already have Facebook, Instagram, and maybe even a TikTok presence. (30%)
You’re organized and detail-oriented. You will support the expansion team’s day-to-day operation by managing, tracking, and reporting leads and coordinating lead tickets while tracking metrics and financial data to meet the organizational goals. You are proficient with or can quickly learn CRMs (e.g. Salesforce and Monday.com). (20%)
You have at least four years of full-time professional experience, including significant experience with recruiting, customer service, engagement, closing sales, and high-level problem-solving. Moishe House seeks employees from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
You have a four-year college degree or equivalent years of work experience.
You’re able to be flexible with your work hours and enjoy frequent work travel. You love a fast-paced work environment and are ready to work with a variety of diverse North American communities. You can learn about different Jewish communities quickly.
You will travel to strategic cities, when safe to do so, post COVID-19 restrictions, to host gatherings, connect applicants, and meet with partners to generate applications. You’ll have the ability to travel a minimum of once per month, for several days each trip. You’re able to be flexible with your work hours, working shortened daytime office hours with nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

How Moishe House Pays You:
Starting salary range of $54,000 – $57,000, depending on location and assuming you meet the minimum requirements
